Yesteryear actress, Shakila, who featured in cult movies like Wadia Movietone's 'Hatim Tai' (1956), legendary Guru Dutt's 'Aar Paar' (1954), 'CID' (1956), 'Shriman Satyawadi' (1960) with Raj Kapoor and 'China Town' (1962) with Shammi Kapoor breathed her last on Wednesday afternoon. She was 82. Shakila died after suffering a heart attack. report states that she was seeking to be rushed to a nearby renowned hospital.Her fellow actors from the 50s said that it was unfortunate that she couldn't get immediate admission in the hospital and therefore had to be taken to Juhu's Arogya Nidhi Hospital, said the same report. May her soul rest in peace.
